Winton Estate is a special place to live. As a consequence, houses are rarely vacant. We have a range of cottages on the estate, mainly built in the nineteenth century for farm and estate workers and modernised since.

Today, a third of these are still occupied by families working on the estate with the remainder let to long-term tenants. We try to balance affordability for tenants with the need to be profitable.
